Refund & Return Policy

At PinoyFlower.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing your orders to ensure a seamless delivery experience. Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. Our trained customer service team is ready to assist and will work swiftly to resolve any issues.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 5 Days Prior: If you cancel your order at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund minus a service charge of $15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is greater.
  • Cancellation 3 Days Prior: For cancellations made 3 days before the delivery date, a 50% refund of the total amount will be provided.
  • Cancellation Less Than 3 Days: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 3 days before the delivery date are non-refundable.

Return & Replacement Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item for a valid reason, you may request a replacement if the recipient returns the item within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that refunds are not available for returns.

We are happy to replace items if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery for the following issues:

  • Faulty Items
  • Items Damaged During Transit

Please note that items cannot be exchanged for different products.
