At PinoyFlower.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We make every effort to ensure that all items are accurately represented on our website. However, variations may occasionally occur due to availability.
Substitutions
To guarantee timely delivery, substitutions may be necessary for your selected floral arrangement or specialty gift. We take great care to ensure your order is as similar as possible to the requested item. If your chosen gift is unavailable, it may be replaced with another item of equal or greater value and of a similar theme and category.
For flower arrangements, substitutions in color may occur if the requested shade is not available. Additionally, items such as baskets, vases, teddy bears, and chocolates may be substituted based on size, color, shape, or brand if the original item is out of stock.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most locations within the Philippines. However, if the delivery address is remote or beyond our standard service area, the recipient may need to pick up the item from the nearest courier office. In such cases, both the buyer and recipient will be informed.
Please note that shipping charges apply regardless of whether the item is delivered to the recipient's address or picked up, as we incur shipping costs to send the item to the nearest courier office.
Delivery Timing
While we strive to deliver on the specified day, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed as couriers do not commit to specific timeframes. You may request delivery during the morning, afternoon, or evening.
PinoyFlower.com is not liable for any delays or non-delivery of items for any reason. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages. If you are not satisfied with an item, it may be replaced within 3 working days of delivery, provided the recipient returns the item. Refunds are not available for returns.
Multiple Merchants
Our products are sourced from various merchants. If your order includes items from different merchants, they may arrive at different times on the specified delivery date. If you wish to arrange for all items to be delivered together, please contact us in advance.
Delivery Authorization
Our couriers are authorized to deliver to anyone present at the specified delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable, any person at the delivery location may accept the item and sign for it.
Weather and Address Issues
Delivery guarantees may be suspended during extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons or heavy rain. Delivery delays may also occur if the recipient’s address is incomplete or incorrect. If the address provided is inaccurate, the item will not be delivered, and no refund will be issued.
